     As required by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13a, sec.6, the Texas 
Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas. 
Appointments and proclamations are also published.

Appointments Made August 1, 1994
      To be a member of the State Board of Registration for Professional 
Engineers for a term to expire September 26, 1995: John G. Farbes, 1213 High 
Valley Drive, Garland, Texas 75041. Mr. Farbes will be filling the unexpired 
term of James G. Abbee of Bedford who resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional 
Counselors for a term to expire February 1, 1999: Alice Braud Jones, 16026 
Stonehaven, Houston, Texas 77059. Ms. Jones will be filling the unexpired term 
of Byron Mitchell of Austin whose name was withdrawn.
      To be a member of the Texas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners for a 
term to expire August 3, 1999: Hubert Pickett, Jr., 3418 Amarillo Court, 
Abilene, Texas 79602. Mr. Pickett will be filling the unexpired term of Guy L. 
Watts of Corpus Christi who resigned.
