Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas. 
Appointments and proclamations are also published.

Appointments Made July 21, 1994
      To be a member of the Upper Colorado River Authority Board of Directors 
for a term to expire February 1, 1995: Norman D. Lubke, 733 Blackwood Road, San 
Angelo, Texas 76905. Mr. Lubke will be filling the unexpired term of Harry Elam 
of San Angelo, who resigned.

Appointments Made July 22, 1994
      To be a member of the Uniform Statewide Accounting Project Advisory 
Committee for a term at the pleasure of the Governor: William D. Briggs, Chief 
Financial Officer, Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission, 12100 Park 35 
Circle, Building A, Austin, Texas 78753. Mr. Briggs will be replacing Craig 
Pederson of Austin, who resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board 
for a term to expire January 31, 1999: Maria F. Almanza of El Paso.
