Appointments Made July 5, 1994 To serve as chair of the Governor's Committee on People with Disabilities for a term at the pleasure of the Governor. Mr. Jarke will be replacing Ralph Dean Rouse, Jr., of Dallas, who is no longer a member of the committee.
