Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas.  
Appointments and proclamations are also published. Appointments are published in

Appointments Made February 24, 1994
      To be a member of the Board of Trustees of the Texas County and District 
Retirement System for a term to expire December 31, 1999: The Honorable Katy 
Caldwell, Harris County Treasurer, 5401 Holly Street, Bellaire, Texas 77401. Ms. 
Caldwell is being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Board of Trustees of the Texas County and District 
Retirement System for a term to expire December 31, 1999: Sam D. Seale, Route 3, 
Box 29, Port Lavaca, Texas 77979. Mr. Seale will be replacing Fred Clark of New 
Braunfels, whose term expired.
      To be a member of the Board of Trustees of the Texas County and District 
Retirement System for a term to expire December 31, 1997: David U. Flores, 7100 
Airport Road, Georgetown, Texas 78628. Mr. Flores will be filling the unexpired 
term of Grady Prestage of Fresno, who resigned.
      To be a member of the Board of Trustees of the Texas County and District 
Retirement System for a term to expire December 31, 1999: The Honorable Maxine 
Darst, Kaufman County Judge, 309 Elm Drive, Terrell, Texas 75160. Judge Darst is 
being reappointed.
      To be a member of the Credit Union Commission for a term to expire 
February 15, 1999: Linda Mann, Route 2 Box 127, Bay City, Texas 77414-9803. Ms. 
Mann will be replacing Jimmy Sasser of Edinburg, whose term expired.
      To be members of the Physician Assistant Advisory Council pursuant to 
House Bill Number 2498, 73rd Legislature: Terms expire February 1, 1995-John

Ron Jackson of Austin who retired from the Youth Commission.
