     As required by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13a, sec.6, the Texas 
Register publishes executive orders issued by the Governor of Texas. 
Appointments and proclamations are also published. Appointments are published in 
chronological order. Additional information on documents submitted for

Appointments Made February 9, 1994
    To be a member of the Governor's Drug Policy Advisory Board for a term at 
the pleasure of the Governor: Constable Charlie Campos, Jr., County of Bexar, 
218 South Laredo Street, San Antonio, Texas 78207. Constable Campos will be 
replacing Ron Ederer of San Antonio, whose term expired.
    To be a member of the Governor's Drug Policy Advisory Board for a term at 
the pleasure of the Governor: Sergeant Richard L. Ratliff, Deputy Sheriff, El 
Paso County, 800 East Overland, El Paso, Texas 79901. Sergeant Ratliff will be 
replacing Deandra Howard of Austin, who resigned.

Appointments Made February 11, 1994
    To be a member of the Texas State Technical College System Board of Regents 
for a term to expire August 31, 1999: Charles D. Olson, 3504 Bent Tree Circle, 
Waco, Texas 76708. Mr. Olson will be replacing John E. Davis of Waco, who 
resigned.
    To be a member of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners for a term to 
expire April 13, 1999: Carol M. Barger, 6607 Clubhouse Circle, Dallas, Texas 
75240. Ms. Barger is being appointed to a new position pursuant to Senate Bill 
1062, 73rd Legislature.
    To be a member of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners for a term to 
expire April 13, 1995: Terri L. Stewart, Ph.D., 846 Wavecrest, Houston, Texas 
77062. Dr. Stewart is being appointed to a new position pursuant to Senate Bill 
1062, 73rd Legislature.
    To be a member of the Agricultural Resources Protection Authority for a term 
to expire February 1, 1995: Max Woodfin, 1405 Travis Heights Boulevard, Austin, 
Texas 78704. Mr. Woodfin will be replacing Jane Saginaw of Dallas, who resigned.
    To be a member of the Agricultural Resources Protection Authority for a term 
to expire February 1, 1995: Larry Edward Smith, Route 2, Box 51, Munday, Texas 
76371. Mr. Smith will be replacing Thomas Beard III of Alpine, whose term 
expired.          

Appointments Made February 14, 1994
    To be a member of the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners pursuant to 
Senate Bill 1426, 73rd Legislature for terms to expire February 1, 1999: Ramiro

reappointed as chair.
    To be a member of the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners for a term to 
expire September 5, 1999: Marcus Torres, Route 3, Box 408-T1, Corpus Christi, 
Texas 78415. Mr. Torres will be replacing Allison R. Smith of Comfort, whose 
term expired.
    To be a member of the Early Childhood Intervention Advisory Committee for a 
term to expire February 1, 1999: The Honorable Judith Zaffirini, State Senator, 
P.O. Box 12068, Austin, Texas 78711. Senator Zaffirini will be replacing 
Representative Libby Linebarger of Austin, whose term expired.
