There was duplication of AOR-213 and AOR-214, and AOR-215 and AOR-216 were never published in the Register.) AOR-215. A member of the state legislature has asked whether he may accept a loan of computer equipment from a private company. The legislator would use the equipment to provide computer training to constituents. AOR-216. The Ethics Commission has been asked to consider whether a state employee may engage in a certain type of outside employment. The state employee has been asked to help develop training programs for a private consultant. The general content of the training programs would be similar to the content of the state employee's government job. Assuming that there is no use of state time or equipment, the state employee asks whether he may undertake such outside employment.
