WITHDRAWN RULES An agency may withdraw a proposed action or the remaining effectiveness of an emergency action by filing a notice of withdrawal with the 63>Texas Register. The notice is effective immediately upon filling or 20 days after filing as specified by the agency withdrawing the action. If a proposal is not adopted or withdrawn within six months of the date of publication in the 63>Texas Register, it will automatically be withdrawn by the office of the Texas Register and a notice of the withdrawal will appear in the 63>Texas Register.
