Appointments Made October 28, 1993
      To be a member of the Texas Council on Workforce and Economic 
Competitiveness for a term to expire September 1, 1997: Lee Glen Kitchens, 27 
Sunrise Lane, Ransom Canyon, Texas 79366. Mr. Kitchens is being appointed to a 
new position pursuant to Senate Bill 642, 73rd Legislature.
      To be a member of the Texas Council on Workforce and Economic 
Competitiveness for a term to expire September 1, 1997: Pearl Ceasar, 1946 North 
East Loop 410, Apartment 356, San Antonio, Texas 78217. Ms. Cesar is being 
appointed to a new position pursuant to Senate Bill Number 642, 73rd 
Legislature.
      To be a member of the Texas Council on Workforce and Economic 
Competitiveness for a term to expire January 1, 1999: Celeste Guerrero, 4318 
North Hall, Dallas, Texas 75219. Ms. Guerrero will be filling the unexpired term 
of Ray Marshall of Austin, who resigned.
      To be a member of the Texas Cancer Council for a term to expire February

Bailes will be filling the unexpired term of Dr. Joaquin G. Cigarroa of Laredo

of Dallas, whose term expired.
