Withdrawn Sections 
 An agency may withdraw proposed action or the remaining effectiveness of 
emergency action on a section by filing a notice of withdrawal with the Texas 
Register. The notice is effective immediately upon filling or 20 days after 
filing. If a proposal is not adopted or withdrawn six months after the date of 
publication in the Texas Register, it will automatically be withdrawn by the 
office of the Texas Register and a notice of the withdrawal will appear in the 
Texas Register .

  The Texas Education Agency has withdrawn from consideration for permanent 
adoption a proposed new  sec.68.35, which appeared in the May 18, 1993, issue of 
the Texas Register (18 TexReg 3237). The effective date of this withdrawal is 
June 14, 1993.
