Appointments Made June 15, 1992





To act as special county judge in Hemphill County Judge
Wendell Morgan for a case pending in the
Hemphill County Court. Pursuant to the Texas Government Code,
sec.26.012, the Honorable Bob W. Gober, County Judge, Hemphill
County, previously had certified his disqualification to act
as county judge in the following case pending in the Hemphill
County Court: Cause Number 1713, Estate of Clay Adcock, Jr.,
In the County Court of Hemphill County. Judge Gober has requested
the appointment of a special judge to hear this matter.









Appointments Made June 17, 1992





To be a member of the Texas Surplus
Property Agency Board for a term
to expire March 19, 1995: Arlene Lynnette Blanks, 11603 Stonebridge
Drive, Houston, Texas 77064. Ms. Blanks will be filling the unexpired
term of Robert A. Lansford of Austin who resigned.







To be a member of the Texas Surplus
Property Agency Board for a term
to expire March 19, 1997: Walter Lockhoof, 607 Avenue H, N.W.,
Childress, Texas 79201. Mr. Lockhoof will be replacing Molly
Ann Pryor of Houston whose term expired.







To be a member of the Executive Committee
of the Center for Rural
Health Initiatives for a term to expire August
31, 1997: Jerry Edward Nobles, 703 Woodland, Kirbyville, Texas
75956. Mr. Nobles will be replacing Michael Paul Ellis of Daingerfield
whose term expired.
