Appointments Made May 21, 1992





To be a member of the Automobile Theft
Prevention Authority for a term to expire
February 1, 1995: Dale R. Green, 11713 Wind Creek Court, Aledo,
Texas 76008. Mr. Green is being appointed to a new position pursuant
to Texas Civil Statutes, Article 4413(37).









Appointments Made May 22, 1992





To be a member of the Public Transportation
Advisory Committee for a term at the pleasure
of the governor: Barbara Lee Perry, The Transit System, Inc.,
212 North East Barnard Street, Glen Rose, Texas 76043. Ms. Perry
is being appointed to a new position pursuant to Senate Bill
Number 352, 72nd Legislature.







To be a member of the Public Transportation
Advisory Committee for a term at the pleasure
of the governor: Naomi W. Lede, Texas Southern University, 3100
Cleburne, Houston, Texas 77004. Dr. Lede is being appointed to
a new position pursuant to Senate Bill 352, 72nd Legislature.







To be a member of the Public Transportation
Advisory Committee for a term at the pleasure
of the governor: Gary W. Dewey, Lutheran Community Centers of
El Paso, 10110 Montwood, Suite H, El Paso, Texas 79925. Mr. Dewey
is being appointed to a new position pursuant to Senate Bill

To be chairman of the Texas Department
of Housing and Community
Affairs Board for a term at the pleasure
of the governor: Paul R. Rodriguez, McAllen. Mr. Rodriguez will
be replacing Arthur Navarro of Austin who has resigned from the
board.









Appointments Made May 28, 1992





To be Judge of the 70th
Judicial District Court, Ector
County, effective June 1, 1992, until the next general
election and until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified:
Jay Gibson, 6141 Denis Lane, #A-1, Odessa, Texas 79762. Mr. Gibson
will be replacing Judge Gene Ater of Odessa who resigned.







To be District Attorney of
the 173rd Judicial District,
Henderson County, until the next general
election and until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified:
E. Ray Andrews, Route 2 Box 123 JB, Mabank, Texas 75147. Mr.
Andrews will be replacing Billy M. Bandy of Athens who is deceased.
