to expire February 1, 1993: Carol S. Vance, 5758 Indian Circle,
Houston, Texas 77002. Mr. Vance will be filing the unexpired
term of James M. Eller of Bryan, who resigned.

To be Judge of the 25th
Judicial District Court, Guadalupe,
Gonzales, Colorado, and Lavaca
Counties, until the next General Election
and until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified:
Dwight E. Peschel, 306 Westbend Circle, Seguin, Texas 78155.
Mr. Peschel will be replacing Judge B.B. Schraub of Seguin, who
retired.


To be Judge of the 48th
Judicial District Court, Tarrant
County, until the next General Election and until his
successor shall be duly elected and qualified: John Street, 5608
Sandy Lane, Fort Worth, Texas 76114. Judge Street will be replacing
Judge William L. Hughes, Jr. of Fort Worth, who retired.
