Withdrawn Sections
An agency may withdraw proposed action or the remaining effectiveness of 
emergency action on a section by filing a notice of withdrawal with the Texas 
Register. The notice is effective immediately upon filling or 20 days after 
filing. If a proposal is not adopted or withdrawn six months after the date of 
publication in the Texas Register, it will automatically be withdrawn by the 
office of the Texas Register and a notice of the withdrawal will appear in the 
Texas Register .

The Texas State Board of Dental Examiners has withdrawn from consideration for 
permanent adoption a proposed new sec.113.5 which appeared in the November 15, 
1991, issue of the Texas Register (16 TexReg 6637). The effective date of this 
withdrawal is January 30, 1992.

The Texas Department of Health (department) has withdrawn the emergency 
effectiveness of amendments to sec.325.602 and sec.325.603, concerning fees and 
reports for solid waste management facilities. The text of the emergency 
amendments appeared in the November 26, 1991, issue of the Texas Register  (16 
TexReg 6837). The effective date of this withdrawal is 20 days after filing.
This agency hereby certifies that the rule as adopted has been reviewed by legal 
counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
