Withdrawn Sections
An agency may withdraw proposed action or the remaining effectiveness of 
emergency action on a section by filing a notice of withdrawal with the Texas 
Register. The notice is effective immediately upon filling or 20 days after 
filing. If a proposal is not adopted or withdrawn six months after the date of 
publication in the Texas Register, it will automatically be withdrawn by the 
office of the Texas Register and a notice of the withdrawal will appear in the 
Texas Register .

Pursuant to Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13, sec.5(b), and 1 TAC sec.91. 
24(b), the proposed amended sec.309.353, submitted by the Texas Racing 
Commission has been automatically withdrawn, effective January 21, 1992. The 
withdrawal as proposed appeared in the July 19, 1991, issue of the Texas 
Register (16 TexReg 3991).
