The Texas Medical Board withdraws the proposed amendment to §161.3 which appeared in the May 4, 2007, issue of the Texas Register (32 TexReg 2438). Elsewhere in this issue of the Texas Register, the Texas Medical Board re-proposes an amendment to §161.3.
