10 TAC §1.9
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the
Department) adopts the proposed amendment of §1.9(f), concerning the
qualified contract request processing fee, as published in the March 24, 2006,
issue of the
Texas Register
(31 TexReg 2344).
There were no changes, and therefore, the rule will not be republished.
This section is adopted in order to correct the fee charged for a qualified
contract request.
No public comment was received.
The amendment is adopted pursuant to the authority of the Texas
Government Code, Chapter 2306.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
