Texas Veterans Commission
Title 40, Part 15
The Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) will review and consider for re-adoption,
Chapter 453 "Historically Underutilized Business Program". The rule to be
reviewed is located in Title 40, Part 15, of the
Texas Administrative Code.
As required by the Texas Government Code, §2001.039, the Commission
will assess whether reasons for adopting this rule continue to exist. The
TVC will also accept public comments on the rule for a period of 30 days from
the publication of this rule.
