RULES RELATING TO PROVISIONS OF THE TEXAS APPRAISER LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION ACT

The Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board adopts
amendments to §153.9, Application, without changes to the proposed text
as published in the January 7, 2005, issue of the
Texas Register
(30 TexReg 16) and will not be republished.
The adopted amendment removes the notary requirement from all TALCB forms
previously adopted by reference and revises the form title and number. The
Application for Provisional Appraiser License, TALCB Form APL 2-0 (804) and
Appraisal Experience Explanation, TALCB Form AEE 6A-0 (804) are also now adopted
by reference.
No written comments were received regarding adoption of the amendments.
The amendment is adopted under the Texas Appraiser Licensing
and Certification Act, Subchapter D, Board Powers and Duties (Occupations
Code, Chapter 1103), which provides the board with authority to adopt rules
under Sec.1103.151 Rules Relating to Certification and Licenses.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
