Title 10, Part 1
The Manufactured Housing Division of the Texas Department of Housing and
Community Affairs (Department) proposes the review of 10 TAC Chapter 80, Manufactured
Housing, pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §2001.039.
As required by the Texas Government Code, §2001.039, the Department
will accept comments as to whether the reasons for adopting 10 TAC Chapter
80 continue to exist. The comment period begins with the publication of this
notice and must last a minimum of 30 days.
