10 TAC §1.16
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the
Department) adopts, without changes, the proposed new §1.16, concerning
ethics and disclosure requirements for outside financial advisors and service
providers, as published in the March 26, 2004 issue of the
Texas Register
(29 TexReg 3015).
This section is adopted in order to implement new legislation enacted in
the 78th Legislative Session.
No comments were received regarding the proposed new section.
The new section is adopted pursuant to the authority of the Texas
Government Code, Chapter 2306.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
