Appointed to the Upper Guadalupe River Authority for a term to expire February 1, 2009, Walter Schellhase of Kerrville (replacing Joe Armistead of Center Point whose term expired).

Appointed to the Upper Guadalupe River Authority for a term to expire February 1, 2009, Stan R. Kubenka of Kerrville (replacing Peggy Henderson of Kerrville whose term expired).

Appointed to the Upper Guadalupe River Authority for a term to expire February 1, 2009, Jaime Quintanilla, M.D. of Kerrville (replacing Thomas Myers of Kerrville whose term expired).

Appointed to the Texas Public Finance Authority for a term to expire February 1, 2007, Ruth Corry Schiermeyer of Lubbock (replacing Barry Smitherman who resigned).

Designating Richard E. Garnett, Ph.D. as chairman of the Interagency Council on Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorders for a term at the pleasure of the Governor. Dr. Garnett will replace Margaret Cowen as chair.

Appointed to the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists for a term to expire October 31, 2007, Betty Lou "Penny" Angelo of Midland (replacing Jess Ann Thomason of Midland who is deceased).

Appointed to the Texas State Incentive Program Advisory Committee for a term at the pleasure of the Governor, Robert D. Dey of Georgetown (replacing James Oberwetter who resigned). Mr. Dey will serve as chair of the committee.

Appointed to the Advisory Board of Economic Development Stakeholders, pursuant to SB 1771, 78th Legislature, Regular Session, for a term to expire September 1, 2005, Trinidad V. Mendenhall of Houston.
