relating to protest procedures; 91.115 relating to safety at unmanned teller
machines; 91.120 relating to loan notice; 91.205 relating to credit union
name; 91.210 relating to foreign credit unions; 91.405 relating to records
retention; and 91.516 relating to audits and verifications. Notice of the
proposed review was published in the September 19, 2003, issue of the
The Commission received no comments with respect to these rule. The Department
believes that the reasons for initially adopting these rules continue to exist.
The Commission finds that the reasons for initially adopting 7 TAC §§91.105,
91.110, 91.115, 91.120, 91.205, 91.210, 91.405, and 91.516 continue to exist
and readopts these sections without changes, pursuant to the requirements
of Government Code, §2001.039.
