Windham School District Board of Trustees on topics that are subject to the
Board's jurisdiction but are not posted for deliberation.

The new rule is adopted under Texas Education Code, §§19.001-19.004,
which establish the Windham School District, with the governance and policymaking
role of the Texas Board of Criminal Justice, as well as Texas Government Code,
Chapter 551, the Open Meetings Act.
