10 TAC §2.10, §2.11
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the
Department) adopts new §2.10 and §2.11, without changes, as published
in the March 21, 2003, issue of the
Texas Register
(28 TexReg 2440), concerning the Non-Profit Owner-Builder Housing
Program.
The sections are adopted in order to provide more affordable housing for
the State of Texas.
No comments have been received regarding the adoption of these sections.
The new sections are adopted pursuant to the authority of the
Texas Government Code, Chapter 2306.
No other code, article or statute is affected by this adoption.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
