Pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2001.027 and 1 TAC §91.38(d),
the proposed new section, submitted by the Research and Oversight Council
on Workers' Compensation has been automatically withdrawn. The new section
as proposed appeared in the January 24, 2003 issue of the
Texas Register
(28 TexReg 645).
Filed with the Office of the Secretary of State on July
