Designated as chair of the Texas Commission on Human Rights for a term
at the pleasure of the Governor, Mary Banks of Houston. Ms. Banks is replacing
Laura Ayoub Keith whose term expired.
Appointed to the Texas Commission on Human Rights for a term to expire
on September 24, 2003, Nila T. Wipf of Harlingen (replacing Anna Maria Farias
who resigned).
Appointed to the Texas Commission on Human Rights for a term to expire
on September 24, 2007, Thomas M. Anderson of Richmond (replacing Charles Taylor
of Houston whose term expired).
Appointments for April 2, 2002.
Appointed to the Texas Funeral Services Commission for terms to expire
on February 1, 2007, Martha Greenlaw of Houston (replacing Frank W. Maresh
of Hunt whose term expired), Janice B. Howard of Missouri City (new position
pursuant to HB 3067, 77th Legislature).
