13 TAC §2.56
The Texas State Library and Archives Commission adopts new §2.56
relating to staff training without change to the proposed text as published
in the March 9, 2001 issue of the
Texas Register
(26 TexReg 1921).
The section establishes the conditions under which an employee may receive
various types of training, and brings the commission into compliance with
SB 223, 76th Legislature, 1999 and the Government Code §656.048.
No comments were received regarding the new section.
The section implements the requirements of Government Code, §656.048
and SB 223, 76th Legislature, 1999.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
