House Bill 3125, 76th Texas Legislature, mandated the Office of Vehicle

codified in Government Code §2171, requires state agencies to adopt rules
consistent with the plan.
No comments were received regarding the adoption of these new sections.
The new subchapter is adopted pursuant to Government Code §2171.1045,
which requires agencies to adopt rules relating to the assignment and use
of their vehicles.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
Filed with the Office of
the Secretary of State on June 26, 2001.
