31 TAC §711.344, §711.346
The Edwards Aquifer Authority has withdrawn from consideration
for permanent adoption new §711.344 and §711.346, concerning transfers
which appeared in the September 29, 2000, issue of the
Texas Register
(25 TexReg 9900).
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
