The Finance Commission of Texas (the commission) adopts amendments
to 7 TAC §§1.30 and 1.31 pertaining to the technical correction
of legal citations as a result of the recodification by the 76th Legislature
of the
Texas Credit Code
, Texas Civil Statutes,
Article 5069, into the Texas Finance Code. The amendments are adopted without
changes to the proposal as published in the November 3, 2000, issue of the
