40 TAC §§720.1001-720.1013
The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services
(TDPRS) has withdrawn from consideration new §§720.1001-720.1013,
concerning the consolidation and revision of rules regulating the use of behavior
interventions in residential child-care settings, in its 24-Hour Care Licensing
chapter. The text of the proposed new sections appeared in the November 5,
1999, issue of the
Texas Register
(24 TexReg
9802). The effective date of the withdrawal is January 28, 2000. TDPRS is
simultaneously proposing new rules in this area. Those rules appear elsewhere
in this issue.
