AGENCY PROCEDURES
13 TAC §31.10
The Texas Commission on the Arts adopts on an emergency basis
an amendment to §31.10, concerning Financial Assistance Application Form.
Elsewhere in this issue of the
Texas Register
,
the Texas Commission on the Arts contemporaneously proposes this amendment
to §31.10.
The purpose of this amendment is to be consistent with changes to programs
and services of the commission as outlined in the Texas Arts Plan as amended
September 2000.
This section is adopted on an emergency basis to enable the Texas Commission
on the Arts to get the word out to the arts field about our programs in a
timely manner in anticipation of our upcoming annual grants deadline.
The amendment is adopted on an emergency basis under the Government
Code, §444.009, which provides the Texas Commission on the Arts with
the authority to make rules and regulations for its government and that of
its officers and committees.
§31.10.Financial Assistance Application Form.
The commission adopts by reference application form and instructions
for the Financial Assistance Application Form as outlined in the Texas Arts
Plan as amended
