The Commission on State Emergency Communications has withdrawn
from consideration, an amendment to §251.9, Guidelines for Addressing
Maintenance Funds concerning the use and distribution of 9-1-1 funds and other
related funds which appeared in the May 19, 2000, issue of the
Texas Register
(25 TexReg 4420).
