The Fire Fighters' Pension Commission (FFPC) has withdrawn from consideration for permanent adoption the amendments to §301.5 and §301.6, concerning Rules of the Texas Statewide Emergency Services Retirement Fund, which appeared in the November 19, 1999, issue of the Texas Register (24 TexReg 10305). These sections are being reproposed elsewhere in this issue of the Texas Register .
