40 TAC §§841.43, 841.44, 841.46
The Texas Workforce Commission has withdrawn from consideration
for permanent adoption the proposed new §§841.43, 841.44, and 841.46,
which appeared in the April 16, 1999, issue of the
Texas Register
(24 TexReg 3058). The Commission has re-proposed these
rules for an additional 30-day comment period.
