1 TAC §§181.1, 181.4, 181.7, 181.8
The State Aircraft Pooling Board adopts amended 1 TAC §§181.4,
181.7 and 181.8, general provisions, without changes to the proposed text
as published in the April 16, 1999, issue of the
Texas Register
(24 TexReg 3000) and will not be republished. Section
181.1 is adopted with one technical correction to the proposed text as published.
The reference to the Texas Register and Administrative Code (V.T.C.A., Government
Code, Chapter 2001) in §181.1 should read Texas Register and Administrative
Code (V.T.C.A., Government Code, Chapter 2002). Only §181.1 shall be
adopted with a change and republished.
The amendments were proposed in order to simplify, clarify and update legal
references in the rules of the Board. No comments were received regarding
the amended sections.
The sections are amended under Texas Government Code Title 10,
Chapter 2205, §2205.010, which provides the Board the authority to adopt
rules for conducting business.
§181.1.Board Meetings - Regular.
The board will meet approximately once each quarter at a time and place
to be determined by the chairman. The chairman shall post or cause to be posted
with the Office of the Secretary of State the requisite notice so as to comply
in all respects with the provisions of the Texas Register and Administrative
Code (V.T.C.A., Government Code, Chapter 2002) and the Open Meetings Act (V.T.C.A.,
Government Code, Chapter 551).
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
