40 TAC §15.502
The Texas Department of Human Services has withdrawn from
consideration proposed amendment §15.502, concerning definitions and
incurred medical expenses as allowable deductions from nursing facility applied
income, in its Medicaid Eligibility chapter. The text of the proposed amendment
appeared in the June 26, 1998, issue of the
Texas
Register
(23 TexReg 6704). The withdrawal is effective immediately.
