40 TAC §12.11, §12.14
The Texas Department of Human Services has withdrawn from
consideration for permanent adoption the proposed amendments to §12.11
and §12.14, concerning participant eligibility for free and reduced-price
meals and meal requirements, in its Special Nutrition Programs chapter which
appeared in the September 3, 1996, issue of the
Texas Register
(21 TexReg 8438).
